Stunning fruit from Wilyabrup grower Celestial Bay is wild fermented in steel and given a hint of seasoned French oak to soften its edges. Fined, coarse filtered and with minimal sulphur at bottling, this has everything you look for in Margs Cab. Rich berries, juicy tannins, generous and super smash-able. Ripper value and Vegan friendly.
