Foo Fighters Tribute show – Foo Fakerz are coming to Margaret River!
Playing 2 shows ~ One Saturday night show on the main stage, followed by a stripped back acoustic show on the verandah, which is sure to be a Sunday session to remember. FREE ENTRY!
The Foo Fakers are set apart by the immensely talented rhythm section duo of Marty Pye & Dale Ward. These guys are the pulse and groove keeping down our “HUGE” solid Foo live sound and vibe onstage. Marty pays homage to the legend Taylor “The Hawk” Hawkins (R.I.P) not only by playing just as passionately & hard hitting, but also to perform sporting ”The Hawks” unmistakable trademark long blonde hair & leopard skin pants. Dale blends in his cool & collective Nate Mendel’s clever bass lines to help pave the way for the guitar slinging duo of Pete & Marts to play you all those famous and familiar signature Grohl & Shiflett tasty guitar riffs & tones down to the smallest detail, Pete skills are not just limited to being an awesome guitarist, but he also has the immense task of being up front and center to pay homage to the legendary Dave Grohl, Pete’s vocals and onstage persona brings both a visual & sonic Foo Fighters live music experience that will make even die-hard Foo fans feel like they are at an intimate Foo show. Our live setlist catalog consists of an ever-evolving selection of Foo Fighters classics and deeper cuts which aims to please all fans across all the Foo era’s.
